Mental – Turn your phone off for an hour a day. Keep a journal, record the things that make you happy

Physical – Go outside, walk get some fresh air. Allow your elf to do nothing but rest without feeling guilty

Self care is simple to do and crucial for our emotional, mental and physical well-being. Your needs are important too, it’s not selfish to treat yourself like you’re someone you care about!
