Continuation coaching is exclusively for BetterMen alumni. It is a closed group; only men who have worked with Dan on coaching courses, or private work can apply to join. Continuation coaching is specifically for men who are serious about progressing and continuing their personal and professional successes. 

The yearlong facilitation, delivered by Dan, follows the peer-proven principles you will be familiar with a dedicated space to sound out, in real-time, concerns or challenges, the opportunity to continue enhancing your self-awareness, to greater prioritise self-leadership and to live more deliberately with access to Dan’s compassionate accountability. 

Continuation coaching offers a carefully tailored service, alternating between both private coaching sessions and small group coaching facilitation, the bespoke delivery consists of twelve-monthly coaching sessions. Six sessions are 1 to 1 and delivered, privately over Zoom, the other six, also delivered across Zoom, are in a small group format. 

Private, 1 to 1 session will be typically around 60 -75 minutes in duration and be accompanied by worksheets, if applicable, and a detailed email summary. Small group coaching facilitation will be typically around 90 minutes and supported by personal and group activities. Whilst group sessions will be recorded, attendance is strongly encouraged. 

This is a results-oriented coaching initiative; between monthly coaching sessions, your progression will be fully supported by Dan. He will be on hand to assist you as you implement the changes that enable you to continue progressing in your life and experiencing further success. Alongside the coaching delivery, there will be a dedicated group space in the communications platform, Circle, for continuation clients to engage with each other, access and share resources and forge a sense of unity. 

Important Information:

Continuation coaching clients will be invited to attend an annual in-person, group session. Meeting points are around Bath or Cheltenham. Across a period of 24 hours, participants will experience: group dining, sharing circles, facilitated activities, access to nature, strategic planning sessions and valuable time to reflect.

Attendees are expected to travel and pay for their own food and accommodation.
